Client Spotlight: Debra Francis
Since just about all of our business is referral-based, it’s very rare for us to have a client that knows nothing about our team. But one quiet Friday afternoon in the office, a call came to the main Benchmark line and our team was the only one here to take it. Debra Francis was calling to say that she no longer had any need for the condo they owned in the Rock Harbor complex and wanted to find a Realtor to sell it for her. She lives in Lake Tahoe, so we warned her that there may be some extra hurdles to cross. Looking back on it now, though, Debra says “With this team… Piece of cake! From the moment I called and spoke with Kat concerning a sale of property 2000 miles from my residence, I knew I was in the best of hands!”
After gathering preliminary information, Michelle met with Debra on Monday, listing paperwork in hand. The condo went on the market on Tuesday. We thought it would be great for one of our investors, who put in an offer Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday, we had a binding contract. The condo closed less than 2 weeks later. What a whirlwind! “I still can’t believe how quickly and easily the condo sold,” said Debra. “These ladies know how to sell property and make sure everything is taken care of to the Seller’s and Buyer’s satisfaction. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with their service. You cannot go wrong choosing this team!” Thanks, Debra! We certainly love when a sale works out this way!
